Still Waiting

Funtasia

Whee!!! Today is the day which we’ve been preparing for, for the past 2 mths! My god! Can’t believe that we did so much stuff for Funtasia, like washing cars to earn some money to buy our stuff or else we gotta fork out quite a lot of money on our own. Then is the buying of things and doing the banners n stuff. We are busy ppl man. Hahaha. And therefore, today, by hook or by crook, I gotta put this entry on Funtasia into my blog! Yupp. It’s one in MY lifetime funfair in NJ. Whoa! NJ is quite happening afterall (:

Ytd we did A BANNER. A large one though. Haha. Painted it n stuff. The process was funny! Szeying was super lucky ytd. She got into contact with the paint countless times ytd n on almost every part of her body that could be in touch with the paint (what were u thinking man??) After painting the banners, we played bball!! Whoa!! My all-time fav sport! At first was Jinghao n I playing. Then, Mingxuan came along, followed by Kahyan. Soon, the whole class played. LOL! It’s just so irresistible!! Haha. Mingxuan was damn pro at it. He could do scoop-up well. N Zuanling is a good shooter too!! Haha I suck lah. My accuracy deproved like hell. And I’ve becomed weaker! Last year I could still shoot from the 3-pointer ring. But now, the ball just touch the rim and then it bounces off. Urgh!! N I’m always using too much force! Hence the ball keeps rebouncing!! Ahhh!! Sux! I need to brush up on my bball skills soon before I reach the stage of forgeting how to even dribble the ball. Okay, enough of ME. Yupp. So we played bball for 2 hrs. Ooohhh, and Jinghao got the suckiest sportsmanship I’ve ever come across. HE SNATCHES THE BALL AWAY FROM PPL’E HANDS! Maybe bcos he’s despo as ppl rarely passes the ball to him unless they hv no choice =P

Ah! Today’s Funtasia! I woke up damn early to prepare the stuff to bring to sch. Whoa!! Hell loads of stuff. Carried 128 buns, 10/11 packs of hotdogs, tray, knife (yea, I’m dangerous) etc. So, know what we’re selling?? Yes! We’re selling HOTDOGS!!!! And I looked like an idiot. But heck. It’s all for Funtasia anw. Ah ha! See, I’m so magnanimous! Hurhur.

Reached sch at 7.30am. saw Jenny n gang trying to cook sth which they suddenly thought of ytd. Smells good. Looks good. But dunno if it tasted good haha. Yupp. Then we stoned now n then, not knowing what to do cos I myself is totally confused of how to handle with the things! So we did things step by step. And there’s always a power failure! Someone keeps tripping the power. So irritating lah! Urgh!!

We cooked mashed potatoes. Haha it tasted erm..well..ya..haha..dun tell u. Yea. Then tried cooking a few hotdogs n made a few cups of drinks. Not so bad lah. Esp when we are first timers. Okay, maybe just me. Call me a noob if u want. Cooking hotdogs r easy, I realized. Haha. Just popped them into the oven and tada! The COOKED hotdogs. Yupp. Haha.

We were damn lag in the morning. Had a few customers only. Then around noon, the ppl swarmed to our stalls like a swarm of bees! We were sooooo busy!! Cos we only had 2 ovens, our customers gotta wait patiently for our hotdogs n omelette too! Luckily no customers threw tantrums. Phew! Such cases are really hard to handle. Omelettes are in extremely high in demand followd by sausages then sausage buns and drinks. Hardly heard ppl ordering mashed potatoes. LOL! Sold finish everything that we’ve cooked anw including mashed potatoes. Haha. Great job everyone!! (:

After that, we went to the ‘restaurant’ beside curry wok to eat. At first I tot it was curry WALK n I asked Yihong what the sell. Then he laughed until his teeth almost fell onto the floor. “Curry wok (walk) of cos sell curry lah!”, was his reply. Fine lor. Misinterpreted. Haha. Then on the way there, I asked Ernest when was band camp n he said 5,6,7 june, 3D2N. I got a shock man! Cos YLTC is on 7-11 june! Whoa!! 1 wk dun need to go home alr. Continuous camp! GG lah! But it’ll be fun~ (:
