Alright I think it has been about 2 weeks since I’ve blogged properly. So where was I for the past 2 weeks right after my Serangoon Garden Sec camp @ jbac? I went to even more camps after that! =)

I had camp with Bukit View Primary last Monday and Tuesday at Bottle Tree Yishun. It was a Primary 4 cohort and they were freaking cute despite being annoying and irritating at times. There were a number of hyper-active kids in my group who can’t stop running around. Seriously, the energy level for primary school kids is like WOAH! Instructors have to watch them every single minute even when they’re sleeping because there were a number of kids who sleepwalk. Most of the games in this camp were pretty new to me like the Alphabet Soup, Minefield and Crazy Time Machine but I’m glad that the kids enjoyed them a lot. Then there was the Heritage Race around Chinatown after we left Bottle Tree Yishun! My gosh, it was really a test of my general knowledge especially when we were in the Chinatown Heritage Centre. I was so glad that I did abit of research before that camp! =) check out my cool and cute campers from BVPS.
Eugene and my camper Billy! haha he's in his pjs alr la!

my camper little Wayne!

After the Heritage Race, my mirror Marcus, Zul and I went down to jbac to gatecrash campfire! It was damn high and fun la because the CCAB people came down to do recording on our campfire, so it ended up that every campfire item was ZAI. It was so rare la!

Amnesia struck me on Wednesday and Thursday. I only remembered going for my day event on Friday at sentosaaaa!! It was Deyi Secondary. My mirror Shihui and I took a Sec 4 Normal Acad class and we had a 2hrs amazing race around sentosa! Although it was only a short 2hrs, my group was super chiong and we only lost to the first group by a few seconds because I brought them to the wrong place oops. Honestly, when I first saw my group, my first thought was, “Die la, so many piercings..what if they beat me up?” but they turned out to be the best so kudos to 404!

Shihui, Hilda, Alvin and another instructor gatecrashed campfire with me on Saturday! It was a rare weekend camp but I kinda regretted going down. It was Bedok Town Sec. Well, all I could say is that I learnt pretty much from that camp like how to handle difficult and rebellious kids. So yeap, it’s up to u to decipher how the camp was although they were still pretty responsive during campfire.

Break camp on Sunday and we were uber late for PCB! But fortunately the CICs were understanding and I was so glad to do Eunice’s camp again. Shes like the best CIC after Veron! Omg I miss her man. Then we lagged around after PCB due to the rain before going to dhoby with Eugene and Benjamin because they wanted to take a look at some Swatch sale or something while I was supposed to meet Yihong for Pink Panther! I think Pink Panther was abit dumb la because I don’t believe there’re such stupid people on earth but it was still an ok movie for a weekend especially after a tired week.

Then I had to rush home to wash my instructor tees and shorts for my following camp! It was North View Sec @ St John’s Island from Monday to Wednesday. Omg I think it was as good as my last year’s Dunman High camp la! Never had such a good camp for a freaking long time already! I think it was partly due to the instructors being so high themselves although half of them were first timers and I was the most experienced instructor there excluding the 2 runners. Kudos to my mirror Nicholas! I think he did a damn good job as a first timer! My best mirror ever man. And he’s one funny guy la! Every single expression on his face is, as quoted by Saran, PRICELESS. And who would have thought of changing “what the hell” to “what the heaven”! hahaha. Back to North View Sec, they were super responsive during campfire man! All the hell the Nicholas and I went through made everything worth it. Yeah, we had a little problematic kids but actually they turned out to be fine as long as u talk sense into them. It was also the first camp that I slept one hr on the first night and about 4hrs on the second night. Oh we played asshole daidee on the second night too while the campers were asleep hehe. It was more of a instructors chalet than camp!

LOYALTY!

my mirror, Nicholas!

Chiefs and Instructors

Anyway, Alevels results are out today. Well my results were disappointing and I felt crushed. But after thinking through it for the whole afternoon, I think I’ve kinda decided on NIE. Not too bad being a teacher eh. I think campha has made me love teaching and interacting with kids even more. Thanks to Jaime, Choo Ting, Joli, Nicholas, Arson, Keene, Yi Hong, Yao Xing, Alvin, Gabriel, Hilda, Pin Yu, Cheryl Lee, Cherie, Hui Qi, Jing Hao, Yun Tian, Jocelyn Foo, Shu Xian, Bi Xiu, Kai Xin, Jasmynne, Lynette, Sing Joo, Kakeru, Ernest, Ming Xuan, Keynes, Eugene, Stephanie and many others whom I may have missed, for wishing me luck, concerning me and consoling me especially Keynes, Ming Xuan, Jaime and Cherie. You guys talked a lot of sense into me. And Arson, thanks for trying so damn hard to make me laugh haha =D

Alright people, I’M FINE! I just feel so damn lucky to have so many people around me who’re still so concerned about me. Thanks man! I’ve tried, I failed, but it’s okay =D

so what if im from nj?

im trying very hard not to swear.
let me think about it alone first.
