04/11 Physics P3, Mathematics P1
06/11 Chemistry P3
07/11 Mathematics P2

10/11 Physics P2
11/11 Chemistry P2
12/11 Economics
14/11 Chemistry P1

18/11 Physics P1

The dates in red are CURSED dates. Ahh i need more strength and courage to brave through those 2 days. And the sciences suck. Why do they have to break the subject up into THREE papers?! It's prolonging my pain and misery =( oh well, less than 3 months to regain back my freedom! It feels weird whenever i tell this to my friends, " After Alevels, im gonna...". It's something that i used to say exactly one year ago! And now I'm saying it again grrr.

Anyway, after Alevels, I'm gonna..
1) get my driving license probably by March next year
2) learn cooking/baking (haha i need guinea pigs =P)
3) make jalan bahtera my third home
4) be a primary school relief teacher
5) i think i'll be busy enough already haha

Yes, it'll be another 8 months of holidays for me. But don't envy me 'cos i've already wasted one year of schooltime zzz. And i'm gonna make full use of this second round of holidays. No shit jobs like _____ and ______. Haha if you've been an avid reader of my blog, you should be able to fill in the blanks. But before i continue daydreaming about my post Alevels life, i think i should get back to work NOW and spend more time in my 4 homes, namely AMK library, Bishan library and of course my 2 home sweet homes. Goodnight world! =)

most of what i wanna say, have been said. and the things to be done, done. but u dont seem to respond to any of them. there're some questions that im dying to ask u, but i dare not to, for i fear to know the answer. nope, i'll never blame u for anything, cos i just cant bear to hurt u. so i'll just take all the blames and be ur guardian angel, forever protecting u, until u say that u dont need me anymore, then i'll let u go and let u be alone cos i'll always respect ur decision rmb? call me silly if u want, i dont really care. and thats all i wanna say for now. be well.

poof! i just died today.
i'll be back after Alvls.
be patient, its just 2 months away.

sometimes i think women are scary. when they explode, they're really unpredictable. they mood swing even for the slightest reason that u don't seem to even catch it. haha if u don't understand women, it's perfectly fine. that's because sometimes women don't understand themselves either. Danny once told me that ALL WOMEN bitch. i was rather annoyed by that statement because i don't! but now im starting to agree with his statement. seriously, when that moment comes, they do scary things like finish one tub of ice-cream although shes afraid of getting fat, skip dinner although shes feeling weak without food, spam people with messages complaining about everything in life although she knows she has exceeded her limit and the list can go on. women are scary, arent they? haha.

Accidentally In Love

So she said what's the problem baby
What's the problem I don't know
Well maybe I'm in love (love)
Think about it every time
I think about it
Can't stop thinking 'bout it

How much longer will it take to cure this
Just to cure it cause I can't ignore it if it's love (love)
Makes me wanna turn around and face me but I don't know nothing 'bout love

Come on, come on
Turn a little faster
Come on, come on
The world will follow after
Come on, come on
Cause everybody's after love

So I said I'm a snowball running
Running down into the spring that's coming all this love
Melting under blue skies
Belting out sunlight
Shimmering love

Well baby I surrender
To the strawberry ice cream
Never ever end of all this love
Well I didn't mean to do it
But there's no escaping your love

These lines of lightning
Mean we're never alone,
Never alone, no, no

Come on, Come on
Move a little closer
Come on, Come on
I want to hear you whisper
Come on, Come on
Settle down inside my love

Come on, come on
Jump a little higher
Come on, come on
If you feel a little lighter
Come on, come on
We were once
Upon a time in love

We're accidentally in love
Accidentally in love (x7)

I was listening to my iPod last night when I heard this song. It suddenly struck me that this is a rather meaningful song because I’d recall 2 events whenever this song is played. Well, I listen to quite a number of songs everyday when I mug (or attempt to mug) and I don’t remember all the songs being played. So when a song has a meaning to it, it makes the song really special, needless to say the significance of the song when it holds 2 meanings to it.

Anyway, this song reminded me of the time when my Sec 3 class got selected to perform a song-skit item on Teachers’ Day. It was a totally different kind of performance compared to my angklung / guzheng / band performance, so in a way it was rather memorable. Sigh, I miss those days when schoolwork wasn’t so difficult and my class was extremely united. This song was also played on my first camp with HA. It was an instructor dance song and we spent only 1+ hour learning the dance steps for this song in the wee hours when all the campers were already in their dreamland and also after our daily debrief session. We were all so damn shagged by that time. But it was fun heh.

Alright, it was just a random post. Off to mug!

To the one who is turning 20.

Hey dude, I don’t know if you still visit my blog but here’s a post for you. Initially I wanted to pen these thoughts onto your birthday card and pass it to you, but I don’t know if we’ll meet anytime soon, so I’ve decided to pen my thoughts here instead.

Although I’ve only known you for a few months, or rather just a few weeks if you don’t count the empty spaces in between, you’ve created a rather deep impact on me. Haha I don’t know how our insane one week outing came about when I barely knew you in that 4D 3N camp. If not for that day when you asked me along to timbre to celebrate *’s birthday, I don’t think I’d bother knowing you better. But I was glad and thankful for that one week when I got to know you a lot better. And trust me, I was really happy that week and I’ve enjoyed myself a lot. It’s a kind of feeling that I’ve never felt before.

Yes, I agree that you have a colorful personality, no doubt about it. You never failed to put a smile on my face with your silly acts and those non-stop camp cheers. I was rather surprised that we travelled to so many places during that short one week, from Tiong Bahru to Newton to Bukit Timah to Kallang and even Pasir Ris. Occasionally, I still remember the words you said and even the silly actions you did. Sometimes, I even start behaving like you, the way you talk and behave haha. Guess that’s how much of an impact you’ve created on me. Oh and I still have the messages you sent me, not all, but most of them.

Well, yeah I agree, who knows if we were already together by now if that something was present. Maybe we’re just not fated to be together haha. I’m really honoured to have you as my friend. All the things you’ve taught me thus far, be it in camp or outside camp, I’ll always remember. I’ve got a good memory you know! And take great care of yourself in that far-away place where you’ll start a new chapter of your life soon. 2 years is fast la, before you know it, you’ll be out there doing camps again!

And before I end this relatively long post, I wish you a Happy Advance 20th Birthday! =) May you receive lots of wishes, presents, hugs and kisses, and stay happy always, Uncle!

Today feels like Chinese New Year to me. Not that I received lots of money or anything, but it’s the first time since I was born that my family watched a movie together. You may think that it’s no big deal but I’m so excited over it that I’m willing to sacrifice anything for today. I remember going out for this kind of family movie outing before when I was about 9. But it wasn’t really counted a successful movie outing because my grandma, aunt and dad watched Money No Enough while my mum, bro and I watched Mighty Joe Young. So yeah, 2 different movies. Plus, my little bro wasn’t born back then! Anyway, we went to Plaza Singapura to watch Money No Enough 2! Gosh, they took 10 whole years to come up with the second part of that movie?! But it wasn’t too bad, kinda expected that it’ll be a Hokkien Singaporean style touching movie. For those who do not really understand Hokkien except for a few words like “siam”, “sian”, “cb”, “knn”, “buay song” etc (where the majority of the words are vulgar), I don’t think you’d enjoy that show as much as those who understand. And yes, I cried buckets. I think my tear glands need to be sent for repair. They are too easily activated!

Then it was dinner at the Kopitiam followed by shopping around Plaza Singapura to digest the food. Man, I really admire people who are so creative and can make really beautiful cards that are displayed in Made With Love. If only I have more time now, I’d make a pretty card for you with all my heart and soul. Oh and I caught a little bit of the table tennis finals between Singapore and China at Courts! I think the Chinese played very calmly and with style while the Singaporeans were a little too impatient and gave me the feeling that they’ve long been contented with the Silver medal. Spent a little on arcade too. Damn, it was so near yet so far to get that Pooh Bear! Cheat my money and feelings. And finally, it was home sweet home =)

Oh yes, Michael Phelps won 8 GOLDS!! His performance today was truly impressive. It was a 4 x 100m medley relay. He managed to bring his team from the third position to the first! And he certainly looked like flying instead of swimming! WOAH! But a pity I had tuition and didn’t catch the victory ceremony or whatever they call it. "The biggest thing is nothing is impossible..with so many people saying it couldn't be done, all it takes is an imagination." Yes, that's what he said. With that, I'm starting to believe that if i mug a little more each day, I'll be able to finish the syllabus by As. Then it'll be another 8 months of havoc for me.

yes, i wanna sit on the porch with u and count all the stars.

It’s Friday, the last weekday. I didn’t study a lot this week but time still somehow flew past very quickly. I guess it’s because I spent most of my time this week catching the Beijing Olympics. Michael Phelps made me fall in love with swimming all over again and the Indonesian badminton players made badminton look like an easy sport. Hoho, I haven’t touched my racket since PE after last year’s prelims. Come to think of it, the J2s are having their prelims now. How time flies. Phelps will be bagging his 7th and 8th Gold medals tomorrow and Sunday respectively in this Olympics, and I gotta witness those moments because I think the next time a superhero like him coming by will be a century later.

Alright, enough of the Olympics craze, let’s see what I’ve been up to since last Sunday.

Last Sunday was spent with my family in the west. Yes, I said west. It’s surprising for my family to be in the west because firstly, a lot of petrol is consumed when we travel from home to the west. Secondly, we’re not very familiar with the roads and buildings in the west. If you think Singapore is small, think again. Thirdly, well actually there’s not really a third reason to it but the 2 reasons above are already sufficient to make west-trips rare. So anyway, we went to this Chevron place near IMM for bowling. The lanes were fully occupied because there was some competition thing going on and we waited for about 30-45min for a lane. Played 2 games each with my dad and my highest record was 121, the highest score in my bowling history. Haha ok, not like I’ve got a bowling history to start with. Then it was dart throwing. Yeah, there’s dart throwing in the bowling alley, how cool is that. I really suck at it but hey, it’s not easy k! If I ever manage to get my dart anywhere near the bull’s eye, it’s really tyco shit haha. Then it was shopping at Daiso@ IMM. I really wonder what people buy from that store. I walked around it at least 5 times and I still ended up empty handed. And so that was my Sunday.

my bowling score and look at where are the darts on the dart board!

Monday was spent at Queensway with my bro looking for my new love. Walked into almost every shop and I still couldn’t find my perfect new love! They’re either too gay or too expensive and I can’t afford them! Oh but I found my new love in the mall near my home on Wednesday. Not very perfect but at least still within my budget. Ok stop guessing who/what is my new love. It’s just my running shoes. It’s time to start exercising again. And the rest of my week was spent staring at my oh-so-interesting Organice Chemistry notes, hoping to develop some chemistry between us but nope. Ok my life is boring, I know. How can you expect an interesting life from me when THE THING starts in less than 3 month’s time?

Oh and during today’s GP tuition, I was innocently being labeled as horny. My GP tutor asked us if China has been a great host in the Olympics. I said yes, the welfare of the athletes are well taken care of. Then she asked me for examples and I mentioned about the Chinese being thoughtful and supplied the athletes with condoms because anything could happen in the Athletes Village when most athletes are young, single and have plenty of free time. This was published in the papers k. Then she asked me why I would think of that example instead of saying that the athletes were given a bag of refreshments at the end of the opening ceremony (were they?). There goes my reputation.

Anyway, it’s 1:56 AM on my laptop and I guess it’s time to meet the ZEEEEE MONSTER. Waking at 8am tomorrow for an intense mugging session in the west (!) with the orange Sesame Street character with black funky hair, over-sized ears and always wearing stripped shirt. I was describing the Sesame Street character by the way, not that person -.- by the way, did you notice a change in my blogging style? As in the language I use. It’s not as childish as before (with the excessive HAHAs and OMGGGs etc). It’s more mature and professional I would say, although still far from what I would like it to be. I really envy those who can write and express themselves well. I think I said this before. Nevermind, practice is the key to success! Goodnight world! =)

whoo another week has passed! this week has been quite fruitful, covered about half of organic chem. gosh, theres another half to go and i still haven started on my math, phy and dreadful econsss. did my FIRST gp essay after soooo many months. shitxzxz first week of august is goneeee. SO FAST LA! but at least i've stopped going out to play. but simple meals should be fine? hahaha.

anyway, one happy thing that happened this week is that I HAD MY BIG BREAKFAST! as in the Big Breakfast meal in McDonalds. ok maybe no big deal to u but i've been craving for that since dunno when! i think the last time i ate that was at KAP with the band when i was in nj. it made my day =) look! i even have a picture of it! hahaha.

tada! YUMMYYYY!

and today i was rather high for dunno what reason. i was SUPPOSED to have gp tuition in the afternoon. and i decided to wear nj pe attire there cos its RED AND WHITE! be patriotic people. but in the end i decided not to cos i think its weird. so i wore my white puma jacket over. omg it was so freaking hot but heck. then, i received an sms to say TUITION IS CANCELLED! grrr. and I FORGOT TO BUY TOTO TODAY! omg my $8million!!! i'd fly to Beijing immediately if i strike toto lol. speaking of Beijing, i think the Beijing Olympics opening was so damn grand! i was very impressed with how so many people can actually cooperate together to put up so many performances! and when i say alot of people, i really mean ALOT OF PEOPLE. its freaking scary. they're like clones somemore la! oh and on my way home, i saw this on the bus which reminded me of what alvin taught me on the bus on our way to Moe Dairy Farm Adventure Centre. the GREEN SEATS! geez i really din know what those green seats actually meant:

alright thats all for now. byeeeeee.

to be able to leave such a deep impact on you
despite the spaces in between,
for that,
i respect your decision
and will take a step back,
cos i love you too much
and would want to see the happy you.

i wish i had control over the thing called EMOTIONS.

and the pictures below sums up my saturday:

mini class outing at sentosa siloso beach followed by dinner at marche @ vivo.

returned home with muscleaches, bruised thumbs, twisted wrists and sprained ankle thanks to volleyball and frisbee. but it was all worth it.
