okkk so there was the admin interview today at MOM. i was well, 2 min late hehe. chionged like shit la. aiya anw im always late for appts. very scary k! theres this lady who brought me to a room. initally i thought shes the only one interviewing me or maybe got a few ppl having the same interview as me. then when she brought me to the room, 2 guys inside suddenly stood up and shook my hand! scare me la! i din know they were interviewing me too!! so there were 3 ppl interviewing me today. we sat like this:
yupp the red face one is me while the black faces ones are the interviewers. ok its a lame pic but just to liven my blog since i haven posted any pics for a long long time alr. maybe not v scary la, but cos its my first interview in my entire life with so many interviewers, so scary for me. anw i passed the interview. so im starting work on 11feb from 1030-230. then 30min to travel from chinatown to raffles place for telemarketing job from 3-8 and also throw some food into my stomach. i saw the map, chinatown and raffles not v far away, so actually its walkable. so i tried walking from chinatown to raffles place today AND I SWEAR NV TO TRY WALKING THAT DIST AGAIN! i got lost la! at first i was on the right track (btw i've got a map in my hands). then i saw lau pa sat in front and realised that im walking away from raffles place. so i avoided lps by attempting to take a short cut and guess what - i walked arnd a building and landed back at lps. then i tried walking again a few times and ended up walking arnd buildings and returning back at lps 5 TIMES!! i cant believe it! i forgot how to walk from lps to raffles mrt despite walking with kyan twice alr. sighh my memory is failing. and my sense of direction and map reading SUCKS. so i brisk walked today with heels for more than an hr and my feet hurt! stupid heels. RAHH!
rejected the tuition job cos the pay was way too unreasonable. 15/hr for 2 boys, 2 times a wk and 2 hrs each. teach EMS somemore la! so cheapo. anw im not sure whether i got time and the energy to teach after having these 2 jobs, so btr not take the job la.
im soooooo looking fwd to nxt wk! my boss let me hv cny break for the whole of nxt wk whee! so I WANNA WATCH 27 DRESSES!! anyone wants to watch with me? its a bimbo show i know, but WHO CARES! the last movie i watched was Enchanted which was ages ago! movie movie go go go! =) blog again soon!

HEYY! back to blog! haha been really busy with work these while. okkk actually not v busy la, just din get to use the comp for many days cos always tired from work and got other things to do! shall update on what i've been doing these days.
mm ok im still in the telemarketing line although ppl told me before that i wont survive long in there cos its tough. well well, not rly tough la, in fact it gets abit boring when u're so used to ur lines and the types of ppl u tend to meet. so far haven met any unreasonable ppl since that day so qt lucky. but i guessed thats cos i've learnt to avoid giving too much info for them to qns me and also cut off the line fast when i sense that these ppl hv much more knowledge in this field and i btr not try to persuade them any further hehe. and the number of appts i managed to clinch each day is increasing so im v happy =) oh btw shulin quit le. so the boss has decided to extend my working days to 6 days a wk and 5 hrs each day, with the same pay of 8/hr. yupp so that translates to higher income. and also cos my boss managed to close a deal from a customer that i managed to clinch the appt with, she say shes gonna give me commission too! double =)) i think my boss is rly nice lor! today i had v terrible cramps and she allowed me to make calls from home. hehe slacked alot at home but i still managed to reach my quota k! in fact its one of the best performance since i started work heh. maybe lady luck is watching me today!
glenn called me today and said they accepted my resume. its the admin job that i mentioned abt sometime ago. i realised its at MOM. so i've got an interview tmr with them. actually i think they just wanna see who i am la. oh and someone from a tuition agency requests me to give tuition to 2 boys. one p4 and one p5. haven reply yet cos its at sengkang. and they want 3 times a wk!! but if everything's fine, then i'll pbly work from morning to late night everyday le. muahahaha i see the money rolling in!! hahaha but actually they're for fun la. i like to do a variety of jobs to see which suits me best. and so that i wont be doing the same thing everyday, qt boring u see. hope everything will go well soon and keep me occupied!
ohoh! i just did a part time wkend job last wkend! damn fun la! although pay was 6/hr only but maybe more on sunday. anw i was working in a carnival at funan mall. there were lots of games and attractive prizes to be won like the IPOD SHUFFLE!!! OMGGGG i was like drooling over them laaaaa. anw i was in charge of a large scale game called rat race. oh btw it was a microsoft mouse carnival so everything got to do with rats/mice/cheese. the rat race was sth like treasure hunt whr there will be pieces of jigsaws placed in mousetraps that were hidden in the entire mall from lvl1-5. contestants are supposed to find those pieces and form a picture. omg la! the whole funan mall is like so damn bloody BIG! i was in charge of hiding the mousetraps from lvl3-5 while hong ming took charge of lvl 1 and 2. he slacker la. then we had to run arnd and make sure that nobody cheats like taking more than one piece of puzzle from each mousetrap. so tiring can! then must stand and squat so many times until i got thigh muscle aches at the end of the day. so painful until i walked like a crab while gg down the stairs la! so unglam movement for a gracious lady like me AHEM! then after that we helped them out in their other games which were equally fun! so we're like paid to play games with abit of saikang in the background. not too bad la. also got to know more ppl after that =)
yupp so thats basically what i've been busy with all these while. will update soon again when i hv the time! =) cya guys!

RIGHT. second wk at work but only worked for 6 days! supposed to work today but wasnt feeling well. haha puked twice ytd, stomach felt bloated (no choo, not cos of that) and head spinning. guess it was either stomach flu, lack of slp or caught a cold cos of office's aircon. the aircon wasnt that cold last wk but this wk was freezing cold! a sweater is not enough! haha shulin brought an extra blanket for me today. thanks shulin! but unfortunately i din get to use it cos i decided to go home after having a wrong meal for lunch at outram. well..supposed to go outram this morning to sign some form and take a picture for this 4 days part time job. supposed to be from 24-27jan but they postponed it. we're supposed to sign up in a pair, a gal and a guy (NOT NECESSARY BF-GF) of comparable heights and wear those tshirts that come in a pair. then we hv to walk as a pair along somewhr which i dunno whr yet, with those tshirts to advertise panasonic stuff. haha sounds cool but qt nervous cos i dun rly know my partner well! okk..i know that he exists in nj and kyan even says that he has got a qian bian face hahaha. well, dun tell u who he is! =P the job is 6-7 bucks/hr from 8-2pm! interested couples may contact me but must be asap k!
yupp, then the recruit express guy called me today (like FINALLY after going missing for 324279752 days) and said he found this part time admin job for me from 1030-230, 7bucks/hr at raffles place. yay so now im busy from 1030-630 everyday! cos after i complete my admin work, i've got to rush over to the telemarketing job and continue until 630! haha im taking up 2 jobs! mmm not rly for the pay, just to keep me occupied and so that i wont feel so useless at home lol. maybe looking for part time tuition jobs at night so that my brain wont go rusty for uni nxt time! hehe hopefully not pushing myself too hard. anw i think my immunity level has dropped drastically alr despite having a short exercise last mon. sighh miss sch days whr there are at least 2 days of pe!! although their pe programme not creative la, always run run run.
OH YES! anw I WANNA COMPLAIN! so irritating la! 2 days ago i received 2 nasty customers that were so rude and MEAN!!! i was talking to them so politely on the phone and then one of them started saying im bullshitting while the other one said i was doing a prank call and asked me to write him a letter if he wants me to tell him anything. and then both started scolding me la! so bloody fierce! then after i put down both calls, i was super stunned and almost cried la! even shulin noticed the difference in me and i requested to end work early. on the first day of work, i rmbed boss telling me not to care abt such rude customers and dun take it too hard. and i was still laughing and saying that i wont get too affected by work. but when this thing happened to me, i decided to take back my words. omgggg they're so evil!! how can they be so mean to such a kind-hearted and fragile young gal who is only doing her job by telling them abt their investments? =( becos of them, i dun rly look fwd to my job anymore le. i dun wanna get scolded for nth. this is unfair! sighhhh.
but on a lighter note, i noticed that choo and kyan had been spamming my tagboard these days and publicising abt my change in wishlist! THANKS AH! hahaha. crap la, it was only a small change which does not hv any meaning in it. seriously NTH! haha. stupid kyan and choo, wait till i meet u guys up then u know! MUAHAHAHA! =D

haha i think i'll go crazy soon.
ANW. im working! finally employed. working as telemarketer at CIMB, Singapore Land Tower, Raffles Place. haha the whole world seems to be working there too! but haven got a chance to meet them up for lunch/dinner yet cos my work is only 4 days a wk and 4 hrs each! tues to thurs and sat, 2 to 6pm. slack hurrr. and so, I NEED A SECOND JOB! pbly relief teaching at some pri sch or tutoring. ANYBODY GOT LOBANG? tag my board if u have!! those without lobang can also tag my board la haha.
alright, just a short update. need to slp alr, bball tmr! growing horizontal, need some exercise! gdnite peeps! =)

sighh im still unemployed. so irritating! am i too fussy over what job i want? cos there're one million jobs that are available in classified and online but i just cant find one. maybe i am. but being unemployed may be good too, more free time to do what i want like hanging out with my friends. haha but now more and more of them are getting employed (being in ns is also counted as being employed k!), so getting bored and the more i need to get a job.
anw, went back to nj ytd for fun. wanted to crash their orientation but went there too late and cld only go for their cca carnival. haha was surprised to see so many j3s back there and even some j4s! cool, we're j3s now! haha im an OLD GAL in nj. cca carnival was...i see more nj ppl than those noob newcomers. or maybe cos there're more ppl on the field than in the sch. wahh this batch of jnrs so sporty! anw, jaime, yh, choo, mx and i played bball. its been a long time since i've touched the ball. always wanted to play bball but lazy to go on the court. so well, ytd's game had motivated me to go on the court tmr. yayy, i've found back my passion for bball. then after that stoned arnd cos it rained and we cant continue bball. we were actually trying to kill time cos CHONG KAH YAN ENDED WORK AT 6! we were starving but cldnt eat cos she is gg dinner with us RIGHT? AHEM!
and so we had dinner at aijisen ramen at plaza sing. mm not bad la, first time there. ate chicken terriyaki, soft shell crab and ice lemon tea. mx ate volcano laaaaaa. i dare not even try the soup. poor kyan only ate fried tofu cos she had dinner at home. oh chakyan joined us too! but hes back to hk today. yupp then we went daiso cos kyan and choo wanted to buy those magnetic ear studs. aiyo kyan ah, HAHAHA so loud, so diu lian haha. then yh went off to find ly while chakyan went home. so we paid up and went home too cos kyan needed dinner and i dun wanna ddp. haha ytd was a tiring day! slept for 12 hrs ytd o.O
mm i think that feeling will nv change, even if i hv a bf nxt time. but dun worry abt it, u dun hv to do anything abt it

yay yay yay! its the new year! goodbye 2007! haha thinking back, 2007 was more of siann than fun cos of the thing called the ALEVELS and SYF!!! but anw, those will be gone forever and 2008 will be a good year, i hope. haha 2007 had made me grown up alot and made me experience many things that i've nv experienced before. feel like an old lady now waiting to tell stories to little children about my life hahaha. but it somehow doesnt feel like a new yr this yr! maybe cos theres no sch to go to tmr, no shuai tchrs to see, no sch uniform to wear anymore etc which is sth that we've been experiencing since we started schooling (ok the tchrs part only applies since..sec sch? =P) haha but i feel more determined to get a job by this wk! and i shall start looking tmr MORNING! gee its a good thing k, cos i normally wake up in the afternoon. and yes, im still UNEMPLOYED! rahhh! quick quick quick, faster get a job so that i can be distracted away from some stuff. once again, HAPPY 2008!
